When will my order ship and how much will shipping cost?

We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt of the order. Please view the Customer Service tab for the FedEx Ground Shipping Map and the Shipping Charges Table.

Where can I find the tracking number for an order I have already placed?

Tracking information can be found under the Order History tab. If the order has shipped, the FedEx Tracking Number will be found next to the order number.

There are items on my packing list that are indicated as "backordered" (B/O). When will these items ship and will I be charged again for shipping?

Occasionally, an item or items may become temporarily out of stock. In this situation, we ship all available in-stock items and create a backorder. These items will ship as soon as they become available at no additional cost to the customer.

I have an item noted that it will ship from the factory. When will I receive the item?

These are "Drop Ship" items which are shipped directly from our vendors. Please allow 10-15 business days for these items to be delivered.
