Items being returned may not be washed or worn and must be in like new condition.

All sales on closeout items are final. Returns cannot be made on closeout items.

Return Procedures

  1. Please fill out the form below or call our Call our Customer Service team at 1-800-320-9067.
  2. You will be given via email (or by phone if you call) a Return Authorization Number. (Be sure to have your order number and store number available). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Send the items to be returned to the address listed below. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside.

Please note: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
